PDF Page Rotator
Turn sideways or upside-down pages the right way round. Rotate every page, only odd or even pages, only landscape or portrait pages, a list of pages, or single pages with their own buttons, by 90° in either direction or 180°. The rotation is written into the PDF, so text stays sharp and searchable, and nothing is uploaded.

PDF Page Rotator FAQ
Will rotating reduce quality?
No. The tool changes the page’s rotation value, which tells viewers how to display it. Text, vector graphics and images are untouched.
What does “landscape pages only” mean?
Pages that currently appear wider than tall, taking any existing rotation into account. It is handy for rotating all sideways tables in one step.
Can I rotate a single page?
Yes. Each thumbnail has buttons to rotate it left or right.
Why does my viewer show the page differently?
All standard viewers respect the rotation value. If a page still looks wrong, its content may have been scanned rotated inside the image; rotate again until it looks right.
Are forms and links kept?
The new file is rebuilt from the pages; links and form fields are not carried over.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. It is processed on your device.
How PDF page rotation works
Every PDF page has a rotation value of 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees that tells viewers how to display it. Changing this value is the cleanest way to rotate a page: nothing inside the page is redrawn, so text stays selectable and images keep their quality.
Scanned documents are the usual reason to rotate. Document feeders sometimes produce upside-down pages, and pages scanned in landscape show up sideways. Wide tables in reports are often placed on landscape pages that readers want to turn.
Rotating groups saves time. Odd and even pages cover duplex scans where every back side is upside down. The landscape and portrait choices look at how each page currently appears, including existing rotation, so you can rotate every sideways page at once.
The thumbnails show each page as it will appear, and a summary counts how many pages are rotated. Saving builds a new PDF with pdf-lib that combines each page’s existing rotation with your change.
